WHY BOOK DIRECT

Booking direct and making payment for your booking or reservation by credit card gives you 100% peace of mind and added protection under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974. In a nutshell, if you use your credit card to pay for any goods or services costing between £100 – £30,000 then the credit card company is jointly liable with the seller.  As long as you pay at least £100 on your credit card for your holiday/vacation you are covered.  Your legal rights under Section 75 appears HERE.

If you want to pay via PayPal then you should think again as you will certainly loose valuable protection under Section 75.  The reason being that a direct relationship does not exist when paying with PayPal, who merely acts as a payment intermediary.  The same principle applies when making payment on other holiday rental listing sites who are merely third party booking agents and only acting as payment intermediaries.

Booking Direct and paying by credit card is by far the most secure, trusted and reliable payment method and offers strong fraud protection.  This gives an added sense of security with our book with confidence guarantee.  We will never insist on a bank transfer or a western union payment, instead we will always be happy to accept credit cards without any fees to give you total peace of mind.
