Booking direct and making payment for your booking or reservation by credit card gives you 100% peace of mind and added protection under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974. In a nutshell, if you use your credit card to pay for any goods or services costing between £100 – £30,000 then the credit card company is jointly liable with the seller.  As long as you pay at least £100 on your credit card for your holiday/vacation you are covered.  Your legal rights under Section 75 appears HERE.
